• Being in communication about potential loads and discussing options.

• Emailing the shipper/broker the Authority, W-9, proof of insurance, and order insurance certificates if required, along with any other required supporting documentation upon agreeing to take a load.

• Providing the driver with all dispatch instructions for pickup, transit and delivery.

• Assist with any problems that arise in the transit of the load within our capabilities.  You are responsible for your own equipment. We will put forth our best effort to direct you to a service that may be of help.

• Holding on to the dispatch, accessorial information, etc. until the load is delivered.

• Once complete, all final load confirmations and pertinent documents will be submitted to you, concluding that all services have been performed in full.
